Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Scheme 2023 Lakhs of students belonging to Scheduled Caste-Tribe and Backward and Extremely Backward Classes of Bihar will now be able to get Post Matric Scholarship Scheme easily. Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Eligibility Criteria Under this scheme, the following students will be able to apply for Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Scheme –

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Bihar.
• The caste of the applicant should be included in the list of Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes issued by the State Government.
• The total annual income of the applicant’s parent or guardian from all sources should not exceed Rs.3,00,000.
• Under the post-admission scholarship scheme, only students studying in higher classes after passing the matriculation / entrance examination can apply for the scholarship.
• After passing one level course, studying in another equivalent course will not be entitled to scholarship.
